With over 30 years of experience in commercial building maintenance through his family business, and more than a decade as a licensed Realtor®, Tim offers a unique blend of hands-on expertise and client-focused service.

Since entering the real estate industry in 2015, Tim has built a reputation for being more than just a Realtor-he's an advisor, consultant, problem solver, and friend. Beyond real estate, Tim is an active member of the Elks Lodge, where he volunteers in numerous community campaigns, including scholarship drives and local outreach efforts. He owns a small farm, fosters rescue cats, and enjoys camping, traveling, and connecting with others in social settings.
